Making A Purchase↑
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All prices are in New Zealand (NZ) dollars only. Payment can be arranged through your Paypal account (easy set up if you don’t yet have an account with Paypal), you can use your credit card (secure Paypal site) or if BNZ (Bank Of New Zealand ) is in your country, you can opt to direct deposit into our account. Please Email us for details on this option. We also have a Westpac branch in Australia for this option.
We accept credit card payment through Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order through Paypal. All major credit cards accepted. This is a secure site.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we receive your payment and confirm same by email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days.
Guarantee↑
5 years warranty on all parts and workmanship, we do not accept responsibility for worn or mal-treated/damaged handhold wires or damaged cases. We will repair these at cost. It is the customers’ responsibility to deliver goods to our door. We give all units a full bench test at no extra cost before returning.

Returns Policy↑
Please contact us if you wish to return an item. Right of return policy is 21 days. If the item has been used, but still in the same condition in which it was delivered, we will accept its return but you must pay the postage and replacement cost of handhold bandage and battery.
